Precise Cutting: It can perform reliable and accurate cutting on metals such as steel and aluminum, and can meet the high-precision cutting requirements in various industrial and manufacturing applications.
Stable and Efficient: The design emphasizes stability and efficiency, ensuring optimal performance in different industrial production environments, which helps to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Beam Focusing and Transmission: Equipped with optical components such as collimating lenses and focusing lenses. The collimating lens converts the divergent light beam transmitted in the optical fiber into a parallel light beam, and the focusing lens focuses the parallel light beam onto the material to be cut, concentrating the laser energy and achieving efficient cutting.
Protection Function: Protection lenses are provided, including upper protection lenses, middle protection lenses, and lower protection lenses, etc. The upper protection lens prevents dust from entering the interior of the cutting head and protects the collimating lens; the middle protection lens protects the focusing lens and plays a sealing role; the lower protection lens prevents slag from flying up during piercing and cutting, and at the same time isolates the cutting gas, thus extending the service life of the internal lenses and reducing maintenance costs.

Raw material loading rack

The raw material loading rack is a device used to store and supply raw materials required for production. Cooling Water Machine

Cool the laser generator to prevent problems such as power decline and unstable mode due to high temperature, stabilize the output power and beam quality of the laser, and ensure the cutting accuracy and efficiency. 
Cool the optical and electronic components in the cutting head to avoid overheating of the cutting head, extend its service life, ensure the stable performance of the optical lenses, maintain the laser transmission and focusing effects, and ensure the cutting quality.         
Precisely control the temperature of the cooling water, reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on various components of the equipment, lower the risk of deformation and misalignment of mechanical components caused by thermal expansion and contraction, maintain the system stability, enable the equipment to operate stably for a long time, and improve the consistency of production efficiency and product quality.

Circuit system

Main control circuit: It is the core control part of the laser pipe cutting machine, responsible for coordinating and controlling the operation of the entire equipment. It receives instructions from the operation panel, such as cutting parameter settings, motion control instructions, etc., and sends corresponding control signals to each subsystem according to these instructions, so as to achieve precise control of laser emission, cutting head movement, pipe conveying, etc., and ensure that the cutting process is carried out accurately in accordance with the preset procedures and parameters.
Motion control circuit: It is responsible for controlling the movement of the cutting head and the pipe. It drives the motor to drive the cutting head to move precisely in a two-dimensional plane, achieving accurate tracking of the cutting path. The motion control circuit can also precisely control the rotation and axial movement of the pipe, ensuring the position accuracy of the pipe during the cutting process, thus enabling the realization of various complex cutting shapes and patterns.
